New competences, experiences and skills

Through workshops, networking, coaching and theory the employees will be trained during a period of 6-8 months with new competences, experiences and skills improving and optimizing daily operations, 

business processes and production flow in all aspects. This will primarily benefit Scaniro customers - and naturally our own organisation.

Complex and extensive production

The project is an important part of Scaniro education policy - in this context focusing on developing daily operation management which includes complex product development, manufacturing, assembly, packaging and distribution of ready-to-market products for customers.

Every month Scaniro manufactures and delivers a wide range of customized and advanced metal products in different designs and shapes. Scaniro handles more than 3,500 different items for a number of long-term customers.

Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority (Væksthus) and consultants Integrate manage the project

Troughout the Scaniro project the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority and consultants Integrate provide competent and practical guidance. Together they supervise the process and five companies participate in the network which is expected to be completed by August/September 2011.
